Our Commitment to Your Safety

While we have been away, we have missed providing the service and experience that the Royal Blues Hotel has been known for.  

Now that we are ready to welcome you back in light of recent events, we have bolstered our cleaning and health procedures in order to be able to do so safely.

Below are just some of the more visible measures that we are committed to upholding in order to keep our staff and you, our guests, safe when you join us for an overnight stay or to enjoy Chanson.

Dining

  • Social distancing to be in place for inside dining, with diners only seated at every other table and capacity at half
  • Outdoor dining to be encouraged whenever the weather is appropriate
  • All associates to wear a mask
  • All associates to wash their hands after guest interactions where a guest item is touched
  • All high touch areas to be sanitized every 30 minutes or more frequently according to volume
  • Service to be executed at the most modest distance possible
  • Tables and high touch points thereabouts to be sanitized after each guest use
  • Tables to be rested for at least 1 hour after being sanitized
  • Associates exhibiting any sickness symptoms will not be permitted to be on premises
 

Front Desk

  • Social distancing to be in place during any guest interactions
  • All associates to wear masks
  • Sanitization to happen after each guest interaction at the front desk
  • Hand sanitizer available during check in
  • Express, contactless check in will be offered when reasonable
  • Modest and reasonably distanced property tours will be provided to our overnight guests upon arrival
  • All associates to wash their hands after interactions where a guest item is touched
  • Associates exhibiting any sickness symptoms will not be permitted to be on premises
 

Housekeeping

  • All associates to wear masks and gloves during service
  • All items that cannot be sanitized or washed after every guest stay have been removed
  • All high touch areas to receive extra sanitization
  • Linens from used rooms to be washed and dried in higher temperatures than traditional methods
  • Rooms will be rested for 24 hours between guests
  • Guests will be informed of what our normal housekeeping services are at the time of check in.  They will be offered the option of less frequency or no service during their stay
  • All associates to wash their hands after interactions where a guest item is touched
  • Associates exhibiting any sickness symptoms will not be permitted to be on premises
