Chanson’s interior design is striking. Tables are nestled next to expansive windows with a panaromic view of the ocean. A 1,500-gallon saltwater aquarium customized for the space cascades above diners in the ceiling. Combined with sophisticated, modern design, the Chanson dining room is an ethereal, chic and intimate space.
CHERRY CAIPIRINHA
Breakfast is offered daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Featured menu items include fresh-squeezed juices, house made pastries, and classic selections like French toast, omelets and fruit smoothies. Breakfast is included for guests of Royal Blues.
PINEAPPLE GINGER CAIPIRINHA
On weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., raise a glass of bubbly and indulge in mouth-watering brunch selections like crab cake benedict, fresh oysters, avocado fries and more.
FLUFFY BUNNY COCKTAIL
Guests and locals can enjoy lunch at Chanson Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Choose from a selection of light and bright salads, fresh seafood options and creative burgers, all paired with exceptional service in a superb oceanfront setting.

Tuesday through Sunday evenings, enjoy an exquisite culinary adventure as Chef prepares your choice of inspired menu selections.
